    Auction Guidelines & Rules<\/h3>

    1. Auction Dates<\/strong><\/p>

      • The auction opens on October 1, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

      • The auction closes on October 15, 2025 at 9:00 PM EST<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

      • Some items may end before the scheduled date – please check end dates.<\/li>

      • Additional items may be added throughout the auction, so check back regularly.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • Winning Bids & Notifications<\/strong><\/p>

        • Winners will be contacted by email within 3 days of the auction closing<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

        • Our team will provide payment details and confirm shipping arrangements at that time.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        • Payment<\/strong><\/p>

          • Payment is required within 5 days of notification<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

          • Accepted payment methods include e-transfer<\/strong> (preferred) and credit card via secure third-party processor<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

          • Shipping & Pickup<\/strong><\/p>

            • Winners are responsible for all shipping costs<\/strong> on physical items.<\/p><\/li>

            • We work with a discounted shipper and will provide shipping quotes before payment is finalized.<\/p><\/li>

            • Local pickup may be available upon request.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

            • Bidding Rules<\/strong><\/p>

              • All bids are in Canadian dollars (CAD).<\/p><\/li>

              • Bids must meet or exceed the listed minimum increments.<\/p><\/li>

                  • Funds raised cover vital costs such as medical and supply purchases, transportation, suitcase fees, and related logistics.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>
