Auction Guidelines & Rules

1. Auction Dates

   • The auction opens on October 1, 2025.

   • The auction closes on October 15, 2025 at 9:00 PM EST.

   • Some items may end before the scheduled date – please check end dates.

   • Additional items may be added throughout the auction, so check back regularly.

2. Winning Bids & Notifications

   • Winners will be contacted by email within 3 days of the auction closing.

   • Our team will provide payment details and confirm shipping arrangements at that time.

3. Payment

   • Payment is required within 5 days of notification.

   • Accepted payment methods include e-transfer (preferred) and credit card via secure third-party processor.

4. Shipping & Pickup

   • Winners are responsible for all shipping costs on physical items.

   • We work with a discounted shipper and will provide shipping quotes before payment is finalized.

   • Local pickup may be available upon request.

5. Bidding Rules

   • All bids are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

   • Bids must meet or exceed the listed minimum increments.

   • Once placed, bids cannot be withdrawn.

6. Item Descriptions

   • Items are described to the best of our knowledge.

   • All items are offered “as is.”

   • No refunds or exchanges are permitted.

7. Charity Note

   • All proceeds go directly to support A Lot of Love For Cuba, Canadian Registered Not-for-Profit (#764167623).

   • Funds raised cover vital costs such as medical and supply purchases, transportation, suitcase fees, and related logistics.
